Viognier, Quail Valley Vineyard, Los Olivos, Santa Barbara

The Quail Valley Vineyard is a tiny single-acre vineyard planted in 1998 in the Los Olivos AVA of Santa Barbara County. Owner Noah Rowles and Ranch Manager Jason Grupp meticulously care for this vineyard and we were fortunate to get 1/2 a ton of beautiful Viognier grapes. The site is relatively cool, leading to a long growing season which allows the grapes to maintain their natural acidity and floral aromatics.
